the front desk operates 24 hours making check in easy i found the staff to be friendly. the room and bathroom were clean and well kept i appreciated that. strong wifi access was available i had no issues with connectivity. there is an eating area with vending machines and heating appliances providing convenient options.

i could hear vibrations from the metro which was quite noticeable at times but this did not significantly disrupt my sleep.

The location was convenient. it was close to both metro lines l1 and l5. sants station was also less than a ten minute walk. the 24-hour reception was useful, and i could leave my key there. i also used their safe luggage storage. It seemed very organized.

The room had thin walls. i heard noises from the hallway. also, outside noise penetrated easily. the bed was too firm. I experienced back pain afterwards.

The metro station was very close. there were also many delicious places to eat nearby. I especially enjoyed the local cafes. luggage storage was available after i checked out. this was convenient for my travel plans.

The street outside could be a bit noisy. This was only a minor issue.

The staff answered questions I had. The location is super close to the metro station and Sants train station, so transport to and from the airport is very convenient. I left luggage before check in and after check out with no problem. There are several places I could eat around the place.

It can be hard to open the door because it has a special mechanism, but this only a minor inconvenience.

the location was excellent near the train station. i appreciated the friendly staff at reception during check in. the room provided all necessary amenities for a short stay i liked the cleanliness and modern style of the room i stayed in.

i noticed limited soundproofing in the room i could hear noise from the corridor and other rooms the noise was slightly disruptive particularly at night or early morning
